Multiple people were severely injured in explosion at DOW Chemical in North Andover, Massachusetts today. Emergency hazmat crews responded to the plant on Willow street around 2:30 PM Thursday.
Fire officials confirmed the chemical explosion, and town manager Andrew Maylor told WBZ-TV that there is no threat to surrounding residents and businesses.
DOW Chemical is located at 61 Will Street, North Andover, MA.
