Stanford University’s Residential & Dining Enterprises’ projects was focused around migrating existing website content from their six university websites into Drupal and utilize the university’s newly developed Stanford Modern Theme. The fourteen month project began with discussions around developing new content and imagery versus relying on existing materials. Three web contractors including myself were involved with the project along with a project manager and each division’s director dedicated a project champion for their site’s migration plan.
